At Sanskriti Yogpeeth, we prioritize providing a valuable experience for each of our students. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, leading to changes in your plans. To protect the interests of both our students and the institution, our cancellation policy is clear, transparent, and straightforward. Please note that availability is limited, so be sure to review this post carefully before making your reservation!

1. Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Course Cancelled

Please note the following regarding cancellations:

• Cancellation requests made at least 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a 25% non-refundable deposit. The deposit can be applied toward any future course within one year.
• Cancellation requests made at least 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a 25% non-refundable deposit. The deposit can be applied toward any future course within one year.
• Refunds will not be issued within 7 days of the start date or once the course has commenced.

2. Retreat Program Cancellations

• Retreat cancellations are fully accepted up to 14 days before the start date, minus a 25% deposit.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the retreat are non-refundable, but bookings can be transferred to another retreat within one year at the same value.

3. Course/Postponement Transfer

• You can transfer your course or retreat booking free of charge within one year of the original start date. Only the difference in price, if any, will be charged.
• Transfers are contingent upon availability and approval by Sanskriti Yogpeeth.

4. Cancellation by Sanskriti Yogpeeth

• If Sanskriti Yogpeeth cancels a course for any reason, students will receive a full refund of the fees paid.
• In the unlikely event we must cancel a course or retreat, all payments made (including the deposit) will be fully refunded. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your payment to another course or retreat.
• Sanskriti Yogpeeth is not responsible for any transportation or accommodation (hotel/ticket) costs.

5. Medical/Emergency Cancellations

• If a student faces a personal, medical, or family emergency, they must notify us promptly. Refunds or transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.

6. Force Majeure

Sanskriti Yogpeeth is not responsible for any changes or disruptions to the program due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, transfer or refund options will be reviewed based on the specific circumstances.

7. Refund Process

• Refunds for all deductions can be issued inside 14 corporation days after notification of cancellation.
• Students are responsible for any exchange or transaction fees.
